I like to mix it up. I’m currently doing 24 minutes every morning. 1 minute for every hour of the day.

You don’t have to meditate for hours, even 5 minutes a day can make a difference to your inner peace. There are lots of free guided meditations on YouTube if you’re just starting out. Experiment. See what works for you. There’s no right or wrong.

The veil between the worlds is at its thinnest so this is a good time to release things that are no longer serving you and finally let them go.

Write it down on a piece of paper and burn it, releasing it back to the universe to be transmuted.
It may be a person, a feeling or a situation. Anything that feels old or tired, anything that’s been making you feel sad. It could turn in to a long list 😆 Dig deep. Get it all down and then burn it, with intention.
